I've been planning on getting a pair of headers to help with my scraping problem. I was going to the Bassani mid lengths for anyone that's wondering. However, I got under the car yesterday and was able to do some adjusting and now I don't scrape. So I really don't have a need for the headers. Should I still get them or should I stash the money and save for bigger things?

Bassani Mid-lenghts are sweet! Pricey, but you'll love them. Also, if you do, don't buy the ceramic coated because you can get them coated @ Olympic coatings in Escondido for way less!

Is it possible to get them uncoated? All the ones I've seen for the Cobras are coated I think.

dont spend the money on them, get a blower instead.

The blower will be blowing through a straw with the stock manifolds. Go with the Midlengths or SLP long tube headers.

That's a big price difference. I say go for the headers for now.

Considering it will help you once you get the blower, I would say yes Bob. :D

save your cash money, and if you register your car in AZ, just do long tubes.

in the meantime, get a blower.

But then he'd have scraping problems again.

If you have the 5 - piece Bassani X-pipe, then go with the Midlengths. The midlengths come with the shorter arms for the X-Pipe.
