looks as though the coastal areas are holding up better as expected, however aren't as immune as many thought.

not surprising about the coastal areas..they'll always be the most desirable properties

until the big earth quake :D

....then Temecula will be oceanfront property !!

The graph clearly tells you the nice places to live in SD.
