There are 2 houses in the Cul de sac where my fiancee lives with that sign, and the house 2 doors down from Steve has one too. Must be a Temecula thing. I saw quite a few of those up there this last weekend.

It should be illegal. It destroys home values. If your street has a foreclosure sale or more your comps are fucked for years.
