I still don't get WTF they were thinking when they traded Thomas Jones the other day. I understand the theory behind getting more picks in the draft. But when they needed a solid running attack who did they turn to last season? Cedric Benson hasn't been consistent and he's injury prone. Plus, ESPN has mentioned that the Bears are probably NOT going to use those picks on a running back. They are thinking of having Benson as the primary back, with Adrian Peterson backing him up.
Some experts say the Bears are "determined" to make Cedric Benson work as their feature back because they picked him so high in the draft. But I think that mentality is gonna hurt them more than help.

And to all you Jets fans, I think this was a great move for your team. Solid back who can catch out of the back field and isn't afraid to pound the ball inside when necessary.
Then you throw in the situation with Lance Briggs wanting out of Chicago and the Bears are losing two good players from their Super Bowl team.
